Making temperature calibration more automated, records clearer, and reports easier to deliver.
Beijing YiLink Technology Co., Ltd. has officially launched yiCali Automated Temperature Calibration System V0.5.0. Purpose-built for precision temperature calibration tasks, the software integrates work-order management, dual-channel device connectivity, setpoint configuration, automated stabilization and sampling, deviation correction, and certificate generation into an intuitive, guided workflow.
Automated Calibration with Complete Audit Trail
After connecting the tested instrument and reference standard, users can batch-configure temperature setpoints and soak times. The system drives heating/cooling automatically, tracks stabilization conditions, and executes countdown sampling once thermal equilibrium is reached. If retesting is necessary, individual setpoints can be re-run or wiped without discarding the entire sequence.
Deviation correction features a structured three-step protocol: clearing outdated parameters, writing new offsets, and reading back data for verification. An integrated event log captures connection states, thermal control phases, stabilization triggers, and register write results for full metrological auditability.
Automated Reporting for Swift Delivery
Upon test completion, users can select report templates and review a true-to-life A4 format preview before exporting tamper-proof PDF certificates and raw CSV datasets. Reports allow customized customer details, calibration locations, ambient temperature/humidity, and multi-tier electronic signatures for operators, checkers, and authorized signatories.
For compatible instruments, yiCali also delivers automated temperature fluctuation testing compliant with metrological guidelines.
