Every block can lead to something real.
Beijing YiLink Technology has launched yiBlock2, a visual IoT programming platform for young learners, hands-on IoT education, and creative projects. Built around blocks as an entry point, code as a bridge, and hardware and IoT as real-world applications, yiBlock2 helps beginners explore how programs control screens, characters, sensors, and physical devices.
Core concepts such as logic, loops, variables, functions, and lists are represented as connectable blocks. Learners can build programs visually and inspect, copy, or download generated JavaScript, Python, C, C++, and Rust source code, using visual programming as a path toward text-based coding and engineering practice.
Learn by building and observing
Step execution, breakpoints, and variable monitoring let learners inspect programs and investigate logic issues. A built-in 2D/3D stage, characters, props, and backgrounds turn events, conditions, and loops into visible interactions, with runtime logs shown alongside the results.

The block workspace, device simulator, stage, and AI assistant share one creative environment.
Connect YiLink Cube hardware and IoT
Web Bluetooth connects yiBlock2 to YiLink Cube controllers and peripherals, with support for deployment to hardware. Temperature and humidity, motion, buzzer, LED, and satellite-positioning modules can be used in projects. Combined with Wi-Fi, MQTT, and YiLink Cube modules, sensor data can drive program logic and actuators, with status reporting and remote command handling.
Projects can grow by adding peripherals, network communication, and exported multi-language code. AI assistance can generate block-based approaches from natural-language prompts, check logic, and explain concepts in teaching mode. The application market and learning community offer examples for programming, stage projects, sensors, positioning, and Wi-Fi/MQTT, and support sharing, downloading, rating, and commenting on projects.

The stage and runtime log update together, connecting program steps with visible results.
yiBlock2 aims to move learning beyond completing exercises toward asking questions, making projects, and connecting real devices, so learners can explore computational thinking through hands-on IoT work.
