Beijing YiLink Technology introduces the yiPLC programmable logic controller series for equipment manufacturing, process control, and industrial IoT. Built around YC200 controller CPUs and YM200 I/O modules, yiPLC supports applications spanning field acquisition, logic control, and equipment connectivity.
An independently developed control platform
yiPLC development covers hardware, the yiOS hardware/software abstraction layer, PLC compilation and runtime, and the engineering toolchain. Equipment makers can adapt applications to their process, communication, and delivery requirements while building on a common platform. Standard industrial interfaces and protocols help integrate the controllers into existing automation systems.
YC200 controller CPUs: acquisition, control, and connectivity
- YC200-3A2D2U: 3 × 4–20 mA analog inputs, 2 × ±10 V analog outputs, dual serial ports, dual isolated RS-485, a CAN backplane, and three RJ45 ports with different functions. Designed for current-signal acquisition and analog control.
- YC200-3V2D2U: 3 × ±10 V bipolar inputs and 2 × ±10 V outputs for voltage sensors, displacement or load-cell signals, and bipolar closed-loop control.
- YC201-3A1D2O2U: 3 × 4–20 mA inputs, one analog output, and two onboard transistor digital outputs for equipment combining analog adjustment with local switching.
Depending on the model, YC200 offers Ethernet, CAN, RS-485, RS-232, TTL, and USB connectivity; Wi-Fi, BLE, or CAT.1 options depend on model and configuration. The three RJ45 ports serve different functions, including debugging, bus-signal breakout, and industrial Ethernet. They are not three interchangeable standard Ethernet ports. YM200 expansion modules: backplane or remote I/O
In backplane mode, YM200 modules connect to YC200 over the CAN backplane for centralized cabinet expansion. In remote I/O mode, a module can be installed near sensors or actuators and connected over CAN or RS-485 as supported by that model. CAN variants may use CANopen; RS-485 variants may use Modbus RTU. Third-party integration depends on the model, protocol, wiring, and power configuration.
- YM200-16I16O: 16 optocoupler-isolated digital inputs and 16 transistor outputs for buttons, limit switches, position feedback, and switching loads.
- YM201-16I16OP: 16 digital inputs and 16 sourcing PNP outputs, with 24 V undervoltage detection and short-circuit protection.
- YM200-04M: four latching relay contacts with pulse switching and state retention through power loss.
- YM200-04PT20: four-channel PT100 acquisition with 3-wire/4-wire support and linearization compensation.
- YM200-04PT30: four-channel PT1000 acquisition with digital filtering for industrial multi-point temperature monitoring.
Local operator interface
YHM-86 is a 4-inch capacitive-touch HMI with AI voice interaction, CAN, RS-485, Wi-Fi, and BLE for equipment operation and status display.
Supporting temperature and pressure calibration equipment
For temperature calibration equipment, YC200 can acquire temperature-transmitter signals and support analog adjustment and process interlocks; YM200-04PT20/PT30 add multi-point PT100/PT1000 acquisition. For pressure and biological-sterilizer calibration equipment, YC200's 4–20 mA inputs can connect pressure transmitters, while its analog and digital I/O can help integrate valves, pumps, status monitoring, and automated test sequences.
yiPLC provides a control and data-acquisition foundation that can work alongside the TB-01 pressure data acquisition device, TBX-01 biological sterilizer calibration system, and yiCali calibration software. A PLC does not replace calibration standards, methods, measurement-accuracy assurance, or traceability; system capabilities depend on the selected products and configuration.
